If you are planning an event you maybe considering photography. I am available for a just an hour, a few hours, a week. I can photograph the event and supply digital images on the day in any format you choose. I can supply images onto a USB/Email, resize for online use and even provide prints.

I have been capturing weddings since 2001. In those days at the turn of the 21st century I was shooting film and getting through 15-20 rolls per wedding. Those days of film, thankfully have long gone!

My style of wedding photography is that of story telling and getting high quality images. I feel the Canon R6 Mark ii is my perfect companion. Image quality is breath taking. Focus speed is unreal. A dream camera with if I want to use, 40 frames per second.

I also use the amazing range of Canon lenses as I demand nothing but the highest quality in the image. This is prefect for clients as when they use the USB they have in their package, they can produce photographs suitable for large frames of a canvass.

This image was taken at a private house in Chelsea. A very special moment during the Malay Wedding Cermony. After the wedding at Chelsea Old Town Hall the couple and guests celebrated in Chelsea with magnificent Malayasian food.

The couple invited me to capture the complete story of the day. It began with the bride getting ready and concluded after the first dance. Full day coverage starting at £895.

This is a glimpse of the wedding of Kate and Simon. The couple will have over 1100 images taken on the day. Wedding photography started at Ashton Lodge which is situated between Coventry and Rugby in Warwickshire.
From here the wedding ceremony took place at Christ the King Church in Coundon Coventry. It was back to the wonderful Ashton Lodge for the wedding breakfast and reception.

I will always meet with couple's pre wedding. This often happens 2-4 weeks before the big day. Meeting at one of the wedding day venues is perfect as we can walk the day and all the details of the wedding are just about in place. There is no extra charge for this service.

Wedding Photography Mandarin Oriental Hotel, Knightsbridge, London

The Mandarin Oriental Hotel in Knightsbridge London was the venue for this amazing wedding. Wedding photography began at the hotel which backs onto Hyde Park in the morning with the bride in her room. Coverage of your day can start and finish when you want it to. The couple booked me to capture the wedding as they loved the way I tell an unobtrusive story of the day. They both agreed that they were both shy people and did not want too much fuss. They told me before hand they hated posed photography (music to my ears!) and liked the fact I told a story of the day.

Several weeks before the wedding we met at the hotel. This is such a good time to meet. We walk through the day, talk about group shots, likes and dislikes and it is a great ice breaker if the couple are feeling a bit nervous about the wedding and photography. Skype or a telephone call can happen also before the wedding.

I am based in Hoxton, London and a very short distance from many locations. On a wedding day I will arrive at venues early and get ready for the day ahead.

This wedding was a complete story of the day ending after the first dance. Over 800 images were compiled onto a fully printable boxed USB which you can view here. On the USB you have a complete set in colour, a complete set in black and white and also a set resized for social media all at no extra cost.

Wedding photography can start and finish when you want it. Each wedding is different in many ways and that applies also to the amount of the day you want to be photographed. It can be for just a few hours to full day coverage including several locations. My price page will give you examples of coverage. You will be able to have your wedding images on a fully printable USB, an album or both. You own the copyright to the photographs and are free to use them in anyway that you choose (copy, share, obtain prints etc)

My unobtrusive style allows me to capture all aspects of the wedding story in a natural way. The only time I am really noticed is when the group shots are compiled. I ask couples to provide this before the wedding. This is usually about 2 weeks before and when I call or meet in person to discuss the details of the day. I often meet couples at venues and walk through the day. Its great to talk or meet before the wedding and get to know each other. It really can make a difference on the wedding day and often it makes couples feel more relaxed if we meet up in person before. I like to give them as much input as possible.

Winchester House Putney Wedding Photography London

Wandsworth Registry Office and Winchester House Club Putney in London were the locations for this wedding of Alan and Eleanor.

I spoke to the couple several weeks before the wedding to discuss in detail how they saw the day going. The couple did not want much fuss. They wanted to keep the group shots down to a minimum (close family, bridal party and one big group shot) and for me to take a step back and let the day flow...Which I like to do.

The day began very early at Wandsworth Registry Office and then it was off to Putney. By the Thames is Winchester House Club the location for the reception.

Winchester House is a Grade II listed at 10 Lower Richmond Road, Putney, London, overlooking the river Thames, which has been a private members club since 1892. According to English Heritage, it was built in the 18th century. I must say the service the couple got here for them and their guests was fantastic.

London Tower Bridge Wedding Photography

After seeing Extinction Rebelion shut down Tower Bridge yesterday, I thought I would share with you this post. I do not think its common knowledge that you can get married in one of the towers. Take a peak inside below........

Tower Bridge in London is a brilliant location for a wedding and photography. I do not think it is common knowledge that inside one of the towers is a ceremony room. There are so many locations at the tower and in the very near surrounding area for wedding photography. These areas are very easy to get to and in all, a great venue to have many many backdrops and a feel of London.

Photography began at this wedding with the bride and groom together. I waited with the groom just a short walk away from Tower bridge, at the brides apartment. So this is where we began the wedding photography of them two as we slowly made our way to Tower Bridge taking in all the many sights.

The staff at Tower Bridge I find are fantastic. Great service with a laid back feel. Couples really do get to feel like Tower Bridge is their tower!

I can capture your day for just a few hours or complete coverage of the day. I can start with the bride getting ready and perhaps the groom in the pub! All my Wedding albums and USB products are handmade in Scotland and are shipped direct to the customer once compiled. They are beautifully made and below you can see examples of these. If you choose to have 70 or 100 images in your album you can choose from several sizes. These are 12 inches square or you can have a landscape or magazine style album which will be 12x10 inches in size. Covers are available in many colours. You can choose from different types of covers such as leather and man-made materials. Wording for cover the album cover can be compiled and if you wish a photo cover.

I do offer Parent Albums which are simply a smaller version of the main album. These can be purchased separately or included in a package. Please contact me here with any questions regarding albums.

You do not have to commit to a package when you secure the wedding date with me. This can be done 4 weeks before the wedding day when the final payment is due. £300 secures the date.

Theobalds Park Mansion House Cheshunt, Waltham Cross Wedding Photography

This was a lovely wedding at the very grand Theobalds Park Mansion House Cheshunt, Waltham Cross

A beautiful location in Hertfordshire was the setting for wedding photography. All of the wedding photography took place here at Waltham Cross. It was great to be able to get outside during this wedding in February as the rain came down, but only just. Leah and Errick were both keen to get out into the very fresh air at some point. This time of year I often capture the group shots inside as if it is not raining it is too cold.

Leah and Errick had complete coverage of the wedding day. We spoke (like I do with all weddings) a week before to discuss in full about the day. They chose the 100 image album package which comes complete with a Boxed USB containing all the wedding photographs taken on the day. The wedding photography began with the bride early morning getting ready at the Mansion House and concluded with the first dance in the evening. Wedding Photography in Kew and in Richmond Park

I love this image. It was taken at the Coach and Horses pub in Kew, London. It was that moment when the dresses where going on. This bridesmaid was doing her best to get into her dress! She manages it though and made it in one piece to the wedding later at Pembroke Lodge, Richmond Park.
The Coach and Horses where the bride got ready is a fantastic gastro pub close to Richmond Park.

Lincolnshire Wedding Photographer, Hall Farm Harpswell

This is the wedding of Helder and Aileen captured in Lincolnshire. The couple are both based in London and chose to have their wedding in Lincolnshire. The wedding took place in Harpswell at St Chads Church and the reception followed at Hall Farm

The wedding had so many special moments particularly the scenes of the bride walking to the church and all the guests walking from the church across a field to the reception. You can see these photographs below.

At the reception this is where the small amount of group shots were captured. Over 600 images of the wedding were taken. Each image is hand processed and placed onto a fully printable USB.
Like all the weddings I photograph, I spoke to the couple one week before to get all the information needed. Timings, key names and a group shot list.
Hall Farm is a lovely venue and a place I had been to before. The grounds are like no other and just a dream venue for wedding photographs.

Clissold House and Courthouse Hotel Shoreditch Wedding Photography

This is a sneak peek from the wedding of Stacy and Pa. Wedding photography began at The Courthouse Hotel in Shoreditch where Stacy was getting ready. after spending an hour at the hotel I left for the ceremony venue which was at Clissold House in Stoke Newington. The sun actually came out for Stacy and Pa at Clissold House for what seemed the first time this month! Covid 19 restrictions had to be followed but I was still able to capture special moments during the ceremony. After photography it was back to Shoreditch for the reception. Wedding photography for the day concluded after capturing the speeches, Cake cutting and first dance. The couple will have a 50 image album as well as a fully printable USB. The wedding USB will contain all photographs taken on the day. All hand processed. The couple own the copyright to the photographs on the USB, so are free to use it in anyway that they choose. The complete wedding is now up on this site and is password protected so friends and family can be the only viewers of the wedding. This service is free of charge.
